| Aquatic Pools was established in 1989, and incorporated in 1993. President and founder Thomas J. Makowski has been in the water park industry since 1981, and a member of the "World Water Park Association" since it's inception. While a general manager for "Wild Water Park" for 8 years, he constructed the first stainless steel wave pool,using a patented buttress system.
